In 2020 in spite of the Covid-19 pandemic ENNA building management company increased its turnover and added to its customer portfolio several new enterprises, including SAGA shopping centre.
The total area of sites under management has increased and reached more than 100 000 square metres exceeding thus the area under the management of the company in 2019 by a fifth. The turnover of the company has grown by 10%, and with the opening of the new branch in Riga the number of employees has increased by 15%.
“Regardless of the complex and changing circumstances in the country and around the world ENNA has been able to implement its goals, improve its service and employ yet more professionals to provide services of consistently high quality to its customers,” tells Ingus Stibelis (Ingus Štībelis), director of ENNA. “We are proud to have started cooperation with several dynamic enterprises focused on growth, who value services provided by ENNA, especially its energy efficiency solutions.”
In 2021 ENNA plans to further improve the quality of its service and implement new solutions that would help to make management processes more efficient.
